“Yes, an accurate picture of our sweet mansion…”
Welcome back to the Scatterday Matriarchy! Are you ready for the last chapter of Generation Four? That’s right – Natalie is going to become an adult at the end of this chapter! (~SPOILERS OMG~) For now, she’s just kicking back and relaxing with some after-school painting.
Callie also kicked back and relaxed in the hot tub. I’m amazed that she’s actually wearing her bathing suit and not her PJs or formal dress.
“All my other clothes smell too much like chlorine!”
Manfred took over the hot tub later that night, relaxing in his own way.
“The bubbles feel lovely on my jeans!”
Callie taught him well.
Callie left the hot tub to teach Puzzle how to drive.
“Aww, why couldn’t I have learned to drive in the sports car, like Nat did?”
“Because nobody else is allowed to touch it until I die. I’ll never forgive Heimie for that.”
Puzzle was much more successful at learning how to drive than Nat was, much to everyone’s relief.
In addition to her license, Puzzle also earned some Celebrity points from bonding with Callie…
….her Lifetime Wish, for some reason, which I’m letting her do because no Scatterday heiress or spouse has had it (Josie rolled it, but she was a spare, so she doesn’t count)…
…and this sweet curfew breaking moodlet, which she got even though she was clearly under adult supervision.
Callie and Puzzle’s bonding continued over a late dinner of leftovers.
“….and that’s how Mitchie was conceived. Now, as for how Natalie was conceived….”
” *HACK* *COUGH* I don’t need to hear the specifics of how my girlfriend was conceived, Callie.”
“Nonsense! We’re gal pals now! Now, we had just finished a lovely spaghetti dinner when…”
Good to know that Griselda’s discovered her ghostly form, and that she’s still causing trouble in the afterlife. (Also dang, I should have sent Manfred over to the graveyard to fulfill his See a Ghost wish!)
Callie was less than impressed with Puzzle’s reaction to her Woohoo escapades, which she discussed with Heimrich the next morning.
“I mean really, who would rather run of the treadmill at 2 am instead of discussing Woohoo with their girlfriend’s mom? I mean, really!”
“Uh, Callie, I hate to say it, but I think you’re the one in the wrong here.”
“Really, Heimie? First the sports car incident, and now this?! Ugh, some people are just so uptight!”
I mean, Callie thinks that she’s friends with her car – not her sports car, mind you – so I’m inclined to agree with Heimrich.
I do love some of the Celebrity Gifts the family receives. Now they have a replacement fridge that’s completely identical to their current fridge in every way! I doubt that they’ll ever need this second fridge, but it’s there!
It’s also time for a double birthday!
Callie gets the honour of throwing the birthday party, mostly because she had a wish to throw a party for Natalie.
“Hmm, who should I invite?”
The invite list consists of some Celebrity friends of Callie, for Natalie’s LTW, Auntie Frankie, and Mitchell.
(Fake Hestia is not invited because I hate her. D: Josie is not invited because she think she’s above all of this party stuff.)
Also, it looks like Manfred will be going to prom soon! Puzzle is slightly too old to go prom, since Natalie went before Puzzle became real.
Callie’s Celebrity status also gets her a discount on filling the buffet table!
“Is that food? Sweet!”
“Can’t you wait a little bit before eating that, Manfred? It’s for our birthday party tonight.”
“Ugh, fine! I’ll just starve to death then. Make sure the nanobots avenge me!”
Aww, apparently Manfred is still in trouble for last chapter’s prank and subsequent arrest. 😦
“Happy birthday, kiddo! I, uh, can’t believe you’re going to be an adult now!”
“Aww, thanks Pops. This is going to be a sweet party!”
…not the best start. Everyone immediately gravitated towards the borked upstairs landing which causes so many routing failures, and not, you know THE POOL OR BUFFET OR ANYTHING ELSE OF INTEREST IN THE HOUSE.
“Hi Callie!”
“Hi Callie! Sweet bookshelves!”
“Hi Mom! Man, this landing brings back so many memories…”
“Uh…let’s go outside, where all the party stuff is!”
“Of course! After you, ma’am!”
“No, after you!”
*headdesk*
“Aww, why is nobody here to watch us age up?”
BELIEVE ME, PUZZLE, I’M TRYING!
At least Heimrich is there.
“Hooray! Adult humans!”
“I wish I’ll never have to take all my clothes off again!”
Ah, Never-Nudes.
“I wish for some sweet Celebrity friends, and to be famous!”
At last, the Greek Chorus of Dorks appears!
Puzzle aged up first! Her new trait is Ambitious, and she’ll be receiving a makeover as soon as Natalie ages up, because that outfit is a whole lot of NO.
Natalie is next…
Bam! Not nearly as awful as Puzzle’s outfit, but it definitely doesn’t suit her. Natalie’s new trait is Schmoozer, which will hopefully help with sucking up to Celebrities.
“Woo! We aged up into matching hair!”
“…let’s change back. NOW.”
“Oh, alright. I bet we look cute, though!”
Here are their adult outfits. Their favourite colours (Purple and Black, respectively) work well together, so their outfits have a very similar colour palette. 🙂

“Aww, c’mon big boy, you know you’ve thought about Woohooing someone who isn’t Callie before!”
“…you’re one of her dear friends, Emmy. You should know better!”
Good man, Heimrich.
Luckily, Nat was able to diffuse the situation.
“Emmy Starr! Big fan! Hey, do you have any tips for being famous? I’d really like to be a Celebrity, like you.”
“Ugh, you’re such a plebe! Why should I talk to you?”
“Because it’s my birthday party and Callie is my mom.”
Well, that won her over.
Emmy Starr did leave very soon after Nat was able to actually interact with her, but still. Celebrity friends!
The party petered out over a couple of hours, leaving the new young adults to enjoy some private time together.
“Happy birthday, Nat. Any future plans?”
“Happy birthday, Puzz. Hm…plans…just being famous and loving you, of course.”
“One day, I’ll be so famous I’ll rule this city!”
“And I’ll write an exposé about all of your unethical fame tactics!”
“Aww yeah you will!”
Say what you will about the Scatterdays, but they really do know how to party!
“What a beautiful night, Puzz.”
“I know! Good start to adulthood?”
“I think so, but I know something else that would make it even better…”
“Hey, low level Celebrities! Can I get a picture for tomorrow’s paper?”
“No! Go away, Becca! Print journalism is a dying medium!”
“Hey! Way to stomp on my dreams, Nat.”
“Aww, I’m sorry Puzz. You will try building a career in online journalism though, right?”
“Alright, we’ve fended off the evil paparazzo and gone pee. Shall we retire to our new bedroom?”
“Hee! That sounds great, Nat.”
Of course, trying to Woohoo for the first time when you live with your parents has its downsides…
“Hey girls! What a nice new bed! Mind if I admire it?”
“Uh, Mom, can we have a bit of…privacy now?”
“Uh, wow! New end tables! You girls really went all out for your new bedroom, huh?”
“You girls don’t mind if I read this screenplay right here, do you?”
“MOM! DAD! OUT!”
“This may take a while, Nat. I’ll be right back, just grabbing a snack…”
“Alright, I’ve finally shooed them out. Now, how about we get down to business, Puzz?”
“Oooh, my body is ready!”
Hooray for getting that first awkward Woohoo out of the way!
I installed Woohooer for these two, and I have to say that I love these custom moodlets. I don’t know how long I’ll leave it in my game, but it is a lot of fun!

As did Deangelo and his girlfriend. Maybe we’ll see some grandchildren from either him or Mitchell soon!

Whalers Plays The Sims 
I think I finally figured out why party guests end up in random spots – they seem to congregate with the party thrower. So if Callie was upstairs, they’ll go find her. Explains why my parties so often begin in the bathroom!
The girls aged up nicely, and I love their makeovers! Great traits, too, very helpful for their respective LTWs. 🙂
Ah, finding the host makes total sense! Callie was actually on her way back down from the bathroom when the party began, too. 😛

Puzzle and Nat are just the cutest couple! Even if Callie and Heimie must awkwardly intrude on them.
I also have that routing problem during parties a lot, even back when I played the Sims 1 it happened.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one with routing fails during Sim parties! I often had it happen with Sims 2 parties, but that was because everyone had to pee and tried to use the one toilet on the lot all at once.

Whoo, that took a whole lot of effort but also a whole lot of worth it! Gutted about Hestia’s glitchyness, I liked her! But Nat and Puzzle seem like they’ll be a laugh so I’m not complaining 😀
I also feel that Auden would have a lot in common with my Gen 3 Heiress, Lyra! I’m definitely going to grab Ainsley when I’m back home (on my Sims machine), and your simself is in both of my legacies, the Gordons and the Evans – I think I linked back to you in the Gordons 🙂

I’m really upset about Hestia glitching out too. I was wondering what she’d turn out like as an adult. Nat and Puzzle are a lot of fun to play and a great couple, so hopefully you’ll like them too! If Lyra is cranky or doesn’t take crap, chances are she’ll get along with Auden. I miss having Auden around. I think you did link to my Simself in the Gordons, but now I have to go see what she’s up to! she already got up to some great mischief in our Round-Robin legacy, so I have high hopes! 😀

Oooh! On to Natalie’s generation! She and puzzle are so adorable, though I have to say I really liked that midnight blue/black color scheme Puzzle had as a teen.
I laughed at Natalie and Puzzle’s struggle to get some alone time for proper naughtiness. I thought the “Good Clean Fun” custom moodlet was supposed to be for shower woohoo, but hey why not?
Aww, Puzzle and Natalie are adorable! I decided to make them match for maximum adorableness. Maybe I’ll bring the midnight blue back for her elder outfits, though!
Alone time is very precious when you live with your parents. I’m not sure if that custom moodlet is just for Shower Woohoo, because I’ve gad it pop up in beds and the hot tub too. I thought it was fitting! (They did eventually Woohoo in the shower, too! 😉 )
